FAG housings and the associated bearings form storage units that have proven themselves in machines, systems and equipment. The bearing housings are predominantly made of grey cast iron. Since the bearings are usually lubricated with grease and the initial filling lasts a long time, most housings have no relubrication holes. However, there are sprues or markings so that lubrication holes can be drilled if necessary. When relubricating, make sure that excess grease can escape.
